CANCELLATION POLICY: Unfortunately no refunds are offered at this time * Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis. No refunds due to weather restrictions on day of event unless entire event is cancelled No refunds for injuries, medical or personal reasons. If enough time is given for a replacement to be found-guests can REQUEST (with case by case approval) a clinic reschedule for a fee of $750 CHECK-IN: Check in times will be emailed out ahead of time. Client is responsible for being at check in location at the time each trip/clinic begins.
